I don't understand how your parents can be divorced and not have a custody agreement that applies to you. Are they still under temporary orders? Does neither of them pay child support to the other? Unless one parent has been designated as having the right to decide where you live until you are 18, BOTH parents would need to give their consent. If you have another relative, perhaps they can approach your parents with you to talk about this issue and about letting you live with them. Your only other possible option is to research what you can do to become an emancipated minor. At that point, however, you would need to be able to financially support yourself unless the parents agree to provide for you as long as you were in school.
